Best Mexican Restaurant in Sierra Vista by far! The food is great and cannot be beat anywhere. Yes, the wait is kinda long to get in and for the food, but it is worth it in the end.

Dined at La Casita while visting the area. For a Southwest area, I was disapointed in the quality of this food. Nothing special, just an average run-of-the mill restaurant. Had the comination platter so I could get a taste of several different items. Small portions all covered with the same sauce, thus drowning out the flavor of each item. All tasted the same. It was accompanied with refries and rice, topped with with lettuce and a dab of cheese. Salsa was good. Ate quite of bit of that because the service was very slow. The kids became antsy as chips do not occupy them very long. Prices were above average, but not out of this world. Probably would try something different when passing through again.

There is no better Mexican restaurant in the Sierra Vista/Cochise County area. The Garcia family has been running this restaurant for many, many years, and their food and attention to detail are exceptional. The service is unique, because all waitresses have some festive attire on some nights or are well dressed on other nights. The seafood chimichanga is my personal favorite. Their chimichangas are incredible, and I love their enchiladas...lots and lots of cheese.
Parking is a bit difficult there because there is only a small lot that can be a bit hard to move around in. Try parking toward the back. The neighborhood behind it is a little scary sometimes, but the restaurants festive atmosphere and their drink specials make it worth the trip.
