Well Ed's Steak House Restaurant just happened to be right next door.I went in there my first night in town. I ended up ordering a Rib steak, let me tell you, it was outstanding, it came out cooked exactly the way that I ordered it.The server was kind and very assertive.I enjoyed this place and decided to go back two days later when I figured out that they open up at 7 a.m. and serve breakfast as well.Again, Outstanding. less

I can't say that I've ever had anything BUT the pizza and a side-salad ... and their mini loaves of bread (which ARE indeed "addicting, " as noted by a fellow reviewer!) ... but that's only because I love the pizza & house salad dressing so much that I can't bring myself to even TRY anything else. I'm sure the rest of their menu is JUST as good, if not better, but I find myself just craving the "usual." My husband, daughter, and mother have all been recruited to this place by me. We ALL love it! They've redone the interior in recent years, and it's small, but the Italian decor is so cute. And the waitstaff are as pleasant as can be! I've never had a waitress there I didn't like. HIGHLY recommended! And if you work in Richland or nearby Windber, and want a quick & satisfying lunch with a few coworkers, give this one a try! less
