All the steaks came out raw...not rare (which I could tolerate), but raw. We sent all three back. In 5 minutes, three replacements came out...different cuts of meat. My wife's Filet was like leather (and smaller) and my Ribeye was a fat bundle. I didn't complain because I was sure the cook was someone who had little to no training. Spent way more than the meal was worth and would not recommend this place to anyone who cares for quality food. less

Waffle fries were so over done, they were like cardboard. They charge $16 bucks for a flat iron steak that was the size of an burger...well they did have a TON of french fries on it, I guess that justified the price. 1 STAR--- I would have eaten better at Wendy's. My advice, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!! less

Rationed to one piece of bread that was handed out by waiter, my steak sandwich with onions should have been called a onion sandwich with a hint of steak, hit and mostly miss service. The most amazing thing was we were charged for each ice tea/coke refill 2.95 each time - the waiter did not look us in the eyes when he put down our bill - one third of the bill was just drinks (coke and ice tea) with no hint on charge of refills. Which I would had not problem paying but it is nice to know. That when we saw the bill (about the drinks) that is when we noticed everyone one except us out of town-ers was drinking water. Overall not very pleasant time, guess they were doing us a favor by letting us wandering in (with or without reservation) and eat there. my friend had a nice salad though so that was good. and the flowers on the table were nice. While not rude certainly not overly happy to see those pesky customers. less

Jennifer P. - I have never been treated as bad as i was when i went to this restaurant. yes the scenary is beautiful but the food and wait staff was terrible. i ord ... more Jennifer P. - I have never been treated as bad as i was when i went to this restaurant. yes the scenary is beautiful but the food and wait staff was terrible. i order a chicken dish. it was supposed to be chicken in a mustard sauce with smashed potatoes. i do not at pork or beef and i told the waitress that if the potato had either of these in them, i would prefer something else. when the food came there was a huge slice of ham on top of the chicken. i asked why it was there since it was not mentioned on the menu and also i had previosly asked for no beef or pork in my potato. she said she had to go check. she went to get the menu, she re-read it, then came back to tell me i was right. she said she would fix it and be right back. my food was back in seconds. i asked how did it come back so fast. she said the chef just took it off. i said explain that to me. she said he didnt use his fingers or anything, he used a fork. i have never been anywhere before that someone did this to me. they did not know why i didnt want the pork or beef. what if i was allergic. i was amazed at this so-called fancy restaurant. i will never return. less
