THIS Cassano's pizza is a franchise, and is not representative of the chain. I've had multiple mediocre/bad experiences with this place, and this last visit obviously prompted me to leave a review. My party and I arrived just short of noon, and placed our orders. Drinks didn't come for over 10 minutes (I didn't time it at this point), and the entree's didn't arrive until 12:35. The entree I ordered (Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo) was mediocre, and the chicken was both too dry and burnt, not to mention that the "lunch portion" cost almost $10. I only received a single refill the entire hour we were there, and to top it all off it took them a little more than 10 minutes to pickup the check. The service was lousy, the food was overcooked and overpriced, and I left feeling as if I had just been violated. I've gotten better service from many of the other food places in town. Save your money and eat elsewhere. less

We were hurried through our meal, and handed our to go boxes and checks within 20 minutes after being seated. This was meant to be an enjoyable Mother's Day Lunch. We were also suprised to find out that they had no lunch menu on Mother's Day, only Dinner pricing. My daughters' dinner was overlooked, and had to be reordered without compensation. less

The food is excellent, however on a visit on 3/4/2010, I order a Turkey Diner which included mashed potatoes and a vegetable (Green Beans) a few minues after the food arrived, I notice the torso and legs of a bug. I was besides my self, when the store Manager; Mr. Koogler came to my table to witness the bug, he offered me free dessert!!!!!! Can you imagine, he continued to explain to me that some times in the manufacturing of the Green beans, every now and then, "One gets past inspection" OMG!!*@#?? less

They have a great HEAT numbering system for how hot do you want your food. I like "7-8". They have the freshes sushi. They have a really have a great patio for the warm months. Try the coconut soup!!
