Saganaki is not menat to be an inch thick with sausage chunks swimming in a pool of grease. Look it up! Also, a gyro platter does not mean "gyro steak." Gyros are NEVER meant to be served as a slab, the whole purpose of the thin slicing is to bring out the seasoning and the blend of beef and lamb. I was horrified to take friends here who knew true Greek food. Please DO NOT think this is what Greek food is meant to be, it is horribly Americanized slop. less

Your experience at this diner will be made or broken depending on the staff, and the time at which you visit. Note that during the evening hours this diner is usually packed full of drunk locals, and is only enjoyable if you yourself are drunk. And due to new ownership the hours are not 24 hrs a day as is implied on the outside of the building. Waitresses are either spot on with orders, refills, and upkeep, or downright rude and neglectful. Give it a try! less

This is a fantastic place to have breakfast and lunch. They also offer take out and catering. Their menu selection offers a plethora of superb quality hot and cold dishes. The portions are generous, the prices very reasonable, the staff friendly and efficient and the owner is most professional and delightful. I had lunch their today and it is worth mentioning the amazing promotional lunch specials they just started. They are offering $5.00 lunch meals. If you have never been to Café Bonjour before, this is the time to try it… take advantage of their $5.00 specials. less
