Unfortunately, their air conditioning system seems to have failed, and the restaurant is often so hot inside you\'re sweating into your food. I would love to go there again - but I guess I won\'t be able to until the winter months. I wish they would fix the central A/C because the 2 small window units they have cut into the side of the building are doing nothing. less

He loves the biscuits & gravy...however it is very aggravating to stop at this particular Mac\'s because these people move like turtles in here. It is not uncommon for us to wait 5+ minutes for a single order of biscuits & gravy! That is ridiculous!!! They need to learn how to move faster..and these people have worked here for years!! If someones order is going to require a wait than they need to utilize the \"please pull up & we will have someone bring that right out to you\" method. You do not make small orders wait 5+ minutes. Come on Mac\"s on Batavia!! Get it together!!!! less

I went there all the time and recently the quality of food has absolutely desinigrated. I don't know if this is to save money or if they are trying to make changes, but either way I have been less than pleased every time I have been there of late. Today it was absolutely DISGUSITNG!! I had to spit out most of it after tasting it! YUCK YUCK YUCK!! Then, when I told the owner (Norm) this, he was absolutely RUDE and proceeded to tell me how nobody has ever complained about it before.. sooo this makes my experience null and void? He also said that he didn't believe me. He made me feel an inch small because I didn't have a good experience. If he would have been respectful and business-like instead of a complete jerk I might have considered going back. I will NEVER GO BACK and I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND IT AGAIN! Gag! less

The place was busy but we were se ... more Kristy A. - I have never been so insulted by a Manager of any restaurant in my entire life! We arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. The place was busy but we were seated right away. Drink orders were taken and delivered promptly. That was the only good thing about the whole night. One hour later, we still did not have our food. No drink refills. Waitress was talkng with her buddies at a table at the far end of the restaurant. After complaining, we recieved only 3 dishes for the 5 people at the table. The food was cold and the cheese had already congealed. We asked for a manager and were ignored. one hour and a half into our visit. We go and find a manager and explain the situation and he responds with a " I don't care and there is nothing i can do for you becuase you are so mad you will never come back so it doesn't help me at all to take your food off the bill" We refused to pay for the food and the manager just got worse. He refused to give us the Store Manager's name and refused to give us another way to complain. I've never been so insulted. I will never go back. less
