Just show up and start drinking in the bar. They will decide when you need to eat. The "Pio" is legendary in Sun Valley/Ketchum and you have to dine there at least once when in town. No kidding, it's the law. Its usually full of happy friendly locals that are talking too loud but, hey, just join in. As usual, the best way to get by in these smaller western resort towns is find the local hang out and, well, hang out. The Pio is it. See ya there. Ask for "The Fish Guy". If you catch me there I will buy you a drink. less

The food is good though, i can't get enough of the ranch stuff, but the re-heats are often too hot to taste. I would eat there, but not all the time, its like a once a month kind of place, but as said before, i do not recomend the basement, they do get less food because it is too hard to bring them down there from a hot oven. less
