Lori J.   -   Okay folks, I've eaten REAL Italian pizza baked in a stone oven and I have to tell you the pizza made HERE at Paradiso's is the BEST IN THE WORLD!!!! I grew up eating this pizza in my high school days...and it's as good or better now that I'm in my 50's....the best sauce, best combination of ingredients...I don't even have the words to describe the party in my mouth when eating pizza here...if you're ever in the neighborhood, you HAVE to try it!!! less

She was wearing gloves yes, however, halfway through my sandwich, she promptly attached a rag to the end of a broom and wiped away part of a menu on a wall. Then she went back to preparing my sandwich without changing the gloves nor washing her hands. Now I'm no expert at cleanliness, but even I know that one dosen't touch the dirty end of a broom while preparing food. Udderly disgusting! Meanwhile, I observed the counter person dump an already prepared cup of frozen yogurt back into the dispensary machine. After which, he realized this cup also had toppings on it. He then spent the next ten minutes fishing out any visible toppings from the top of the dispensary machine. Doing so with who knows how dirty a ladel. I had to walk out without eating. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Diner be ware! less

He can't stand salmon, but went for me, and ended up eating 5 pieces of salmon! He finally figured out the best salmon is fresh in alaska. We enjoyed Betsy the muscian so much that we bought the glacier erractics cd. Went for the walk up to the mine and my husband panned for gold while I took over 300 pictures of the gorgeous scenery and locals. We can't wait for 2010 when we go back and plan on stopping by again. Well worth your money, and time. The cornbread is outstanding! less
