At first when we sat down, we realized that the Tabasco sauce and the Ketchup bottles weren\\\'t filled to the top. Then we couldn\\\'t help to recognize the smell. It is your classic BBQ joint smell, so think what you will of it. Room temperature was slightly higher then average room temperature, but tolerable. The color contrast of the walls along with the lighting created a masculine-like environment in the building. Then our waiter (Travis) came up to our table and asked if we desired any beverages, we told him we wanted root beer. Travis seemed a little under the influence, but was a polite young local. Then we realized it took a while for our root beers to come. Once they came we realized that the straws kept falling into the bottle, and that the root beer fizzed up too much. At least the plates are clean. After we ordered, it took around twenty-five traumatically long minutes for the food to arrive. Once our orders came, my order was incorrect. Dammit Travis! But it took around five minutes for the correct order to arrive. To food tasted good, I guess. We give Kenosha Steakhouse a 5 star rating for many reasons... We experienced our first smile the second we left the front doors. less

We were told it was because they put olives on the first pizza we ordered (ordered without olives), and they had to re-make. However, when the pizza finally came out, it still had olives. We asked to speake with a manager, and \\\"Shaka\\\" talked to us but was very rude and unforgiving. I emailed the company, and all I got back was an email from Shaka, again, very rude, and he listed many excuses but no resolution. Do not waste your time or money here. less

Great to have a local family running a business, though. LOTS of space for large groups. Most of us aren't really that picky about how our pizza tastes, so this place can be fine. They have a hilarious extra-extra large sized pizza that is fun to get, but order way ahead of time to get it. I think they may deliver, but I didn't see any delivery vehicles out front. less
