I loved how it was just good food and not a fancy over priced restaurant with expensive flashy decorations. The modesty is charming. The waiter told me they have been there for 25 years! That is really an accomplishment. 5 stars, hands down, horay for New Delhi Restaurant! less

Our waiter was very attentive, made thoughtful and delicious recommendations (the specialty prawns are incredible), and the food is very reasonable. Definitely try New Delhi! less

ocfooddiva   -   Whole Dungeness Crab is either steamed or garlic roasted and served with your choice of wild rice or garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. I chose the steamed method with just sautéed vegetables. If you enjoy the inside of the crab, let your waiter know that you would like them to steam it whole and not to break it open and clean it out. The best part of the crab is inside. It reminds me of crab bisque. Grab a spoon and dig in! A tip to the kitchen: if someone orders it like this, serve it with the legs up and do not crack open the body shell so the “soup” doesn’t drain out. You can also dip your crab meat into it for a luxurious flavor. The drawn butter is good too just like with snow or king crab legs. The crab was steamed to perfection and the meat is sweet and juicy. Fog Harbor receives crab deliveries every day, freshly caught off the California coast, transported in ocean water filled tanks, held until you order it up. You can’t get anything fresher than that! The vegetables were sautéed to perfection –crisp with a wonderful butter flavor. Add a little salt and pepper and you’re good to go. Thumbs up, way up! less

Serving fusion caribbean and cuban dishes, the restaurant is perhaps best known for it's awesome Sangria and party atmosphere. less

Jeff F.   -   My experience at this restaurant was by far, the worst ever in my life! My wife wanted to have a couple of bites of my angel hair pasta, as she was not that hungry. However, she's allergic to shrimp, therefore, I requested it to be on the side. What should have been a simple request turned out to be the worst experience. The waitress was extremely rude and told me that I could not get the shrimp on the side, it was their policy. WHAT?!!!! I've never heard of such a thing. So I requested the manager. I over heard our waitress talking crap about my wife and I, so the manager came over with her defenses up. I wasn't being out of line nor disrespectful. When the manager came over, I asked her why I couldn't not get my shrimp on the side. I informed her that i wanted to share my dish with my wife. She told me I could not do that. It was restaurant policy that each guest must spend $15. I wasn't going to do that because my wife wasn't that hungry. Out of the blue, she began attacking me and repeating the question "You've never heard of a $15 minimum?" "no" "YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF A $15 MINIMUM?!!!" "No mam, I've never heard of a restaurant not allowing two people to share a meal. I made the comment "I guess the customer isn't right" She rudely replied "It's not that you're wrong, it's just what you want" At this point, I was becoming infuriated and started to shake with anger. My wife then jumped in and explained to her that the establishment was casual dining and had it been upscale, then we could have more of an understanding of that policy. (I personally disagree with it no matter what the restaurant, because I find it to be a way to force customers into paying more than what they want to). The manager told us that she would accommodate us this one time. Gee thanks. When our food came to the table, I put one spoonful of pasta onto my wife's plate. The waitress came over and said "OH! you're not that hungry are you?" UH DUHHHHHHH THAT'S WHAT WE WE'RE TRYING TO TELL YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU ASSHOLES!!!! I didn't say this, but I sure felt like it. Afterwards, our waitress stared at us with laser beam eyes from across the room for the remainder of our dinner. She made it so uncomfortable and when we left, she didn't wish us a nice evening. I have never experienced such rudeness in my life. What has happened to customer service in this country? I can tell you that this establishment missed that course in restaurant 101. I give it zero stars and don't recommend it to anyone. less
