Recently decided to give it another shot, and it was even worse then before! My salmon was raw, and my husband\\\'s fish and chips were SOGGY. EW! When we sent it back, the waitress gave us attitude. We filled out a comment card, with negative remarks. The waitresses were gossiping about OTHER customer comment cards as we walked out. They don\\\'t use those to improve service! They only use them for GOSSIP! Waitresses don\\\'t know their own menu. They MAKE you tip the waitresses at the end of the bill. It\\\'s automatically put on! What?! The waitresses act like it\\\'s such a huge bother to SERVE us. Wait forever for them just to take a drink order. Wait forever for the check. Ask them a question about their menu, I dare you. They won\\\'t know their own menu! We will NEVER go back again. We used to go once a week for 2-3 years. They lost valued customers. Watch out Logan! Their waitresses think they are better then what they really are! SERVERS! So Serve your customers! less

When my family and I got there we noticed that very loud Mariachi music was playing and they played very well, and our hostess seated us very quickly. We were placed in a corner, which had very beautiful decor, and that is when things went south. The tortilla chips were stale and soft, that is the only thing that we could comment on because we waited for at least fifteen minutes before we left, because we were obviously forgotten about. Horrible service and stale tortilla chips. less

The 4 Formaggi pizza is my favorite and has a great taste with the blend of cheeses. The Margherita pizza is simple but satisfying. I love the way they cook the pizzas in the super-hot oven for only a couple of minutes, resulting in a great thin crust with little browned spots all over, but it's not crispy (which is excellent in my book). It's definitely a different style than your standard delivery pizza. (I love that kind of pizza, too, but I'm just saying it's apples and oranges, more or less.) The Pizza Nutella is a good finish to the meal. It's very sweet, so it's difficult to have more than one or two pieces at one time, but it's still pretty good after being refrigerated for a while. The gelato (my favorites include hazelnut and coconut) tastes fabulous and doesn't leave a bad aftertaste like some I've had. Smooth and sweet and plenty of flavors. The bread isn't my favorite, but I make a lot of artisan-style bread at home. The interior is very open and casual in a good way. I like the big tree in the middle contrasting with the industrial look above. less

I tried the SLC burger (bacon cheeseburger) with battered fries and peach cobbler shake. The burger and fries were pretty good, the shake was underwhelming. I had heard such good things about their pie shakes my expectations might have gone in too high. If they would have used scooped ice cream rather than soft serve if would make them immensely better. Good flavor, just too runny for me. less

They are known for their mole which is incredible and has been featured on Guy Fieri's "Diner's, Drivins, and Dives" For the special plates try the Puntas Nortenas, which are small pieces of sirloin in the almost mole. Only downside is the wait to get a table during busy times, but they just recently added a second and third location so getting your Red Iguana fix is easy. less
