Great selection - from light veggie tray and salads to burritos, sandwiches, baked potatoes, burgers, kebabs, BBQ, steaks - all as single serve or as 'plates' with plenty of well made food. You feel as though you've been a friend for years when you walk in the door. But there's more - the Ice Cream Caboose next door (order an ice cream cake for a birthday) - and Old Fort Country next with its Baseball Museum and eclectic collectiion of things Texas and beyond. Worth a stop at each place. You'll be back! less

With a comfortable atmosphere, a great menu and food that delivers on its promise - we would highly recommend the Chuck Wagon. All of the food is extremely fresh and cooked to order with the BBQ being slow roasted until it practically falls off the bone! We can't wait to go back! less

All the buildings around it have long since dried up and blown away but Sarahs's (which is as much of a time warp inside as outside) still sits there like a little monument. Good but not spectacular TexMex but spectacular warmth. less

Kyle R.   -   I read the other reviews before trying my hand at this. I found myself wanting for words. Everything written by the other authers is good and expressive. Everything they say is true, but still they fail to capture the flavor of the atmosphere of the place. I wish I had the words to do so. Everyone that reads these has just got to go there and experience the place for themselves. Don't expect the Taj Mahal or the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. But do expect a quaint, folksy, downhome, comfortable dining place that you know you'll be glad you visited. less
