I can\\\'t imagine why this place is still operating. The GM and chef, Devon Doyle, is the worst. Just try complaining to her about the food. She will argue with you and treat you like some homeless person that should be greatful for getting a meal. Quite frankly, she is hateful and rude and will eventually run the customers away for good. I will defiantly be telling everyone I can about my multiple bad experiences with this restaurant. I\\\'m not sure if I\\\'m the first to come forward or not, but surely I won\\\'t be the last. I will not be going back and even had my other groupon vouchers refunded! less

We met the owners Adam and his wife Jenny and were surprised at how friendly and not to mention, easy on the eyes (the wife) as well. Ouch...my wife just kicked me. Our waiter helped make our dining experience great; he even took our picture at the end of the evening. The food was excellent. We don't eat steaks and both of our seafood entrees were wonderful as well as the side dishes. My boyfriend spoke to someone at the restaurant ahead of time to arrange for a romantic table in a less crowded area and for a dozen roses to be on our table when we arrived. less

The food is bursting with freshness and flavor, the menu items are all homemade and filling, their prices are very reasonable for what you get (the servings are HUGE) and they even have a Wine Market. I took my 6 year old for a special dinner, just the two of us while his dad and brothers attended a football game. I asked the waiter if I needed to order a meal for my child or if he could share mine, to which he said he could share. I ordered the 4 course meal for $39. My son nibbled and although most of the food was untouched ( I was feeling a little bad at the wastefulness), I knew that the place was going to have more than one woman and child could share. When my bill came it showed a charge for two at $39 each and I was shocked. I asked the waiter about it, he got the manager, who graciously (note the sarcasm) only charged me the $39 plus $16 for the extra cheese and chocolate. I didn't push it as my kid was ready to leave and I am not one to make a big stink. However, a customer was lost tonight. All for $16. I hope it was worth it Mr. Manager. less

The decor caught my attention when I walked in to check the menu- Very nice! I walked up to the bar and read the menu and they have a great breakfast as well as a small dinner menu. I ordered the eggs, sausage and hash browns. The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium as I had requested and the sausage was excellent and flavorful. I will be going back for the meatloaf- just you wait! The bar is still getting in liquor as this was their first day of opening. But as far as cocktail hour in the West End? This bar will be my favorite spot from now on! Oh and by the way- they have their own barista! less
