This great deli or I should say sandwich restaurant located at Village Square in Wyomissing is worth going to if you have some extra money to spend. The food is really good. I have had the tomato soup in the bread bowl which was really filling, and my favorite is the Penguin club. The reason I absolutely love this turkey and ham club is because the meat is sliced so thin! At diners, when i order a turkey club, the turkey comes sliced so thick I almost want to ask for gravy and a side of mashed potatoes and just have Thanksgiving early. Back to the soup for all you bread bowl lovers- they don't give you a wimpy bread, they actually serve your soup in a crusty bread that has grilled cheddar cheese on the outside. How can you go wrong with that? I've also tried their side of tortellini salad. It is creamy and has flavor! Just surprising that a chain if you will, has pretty fresh and light food. I love their complimentary pickled vegetables as well. If you are not a fan of vegetables, or the word pickled, you will change your mind after you visit here. My only gripe is that it is a little pricey, but it's worth it once in a while for a splurge.
