The SoHo Sweet Cheeses, which has Brie cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and berry marmalade on toasted oatmeal wheat bread. The marmalade and bacon are a great combination. Of course pa ... more Unfortunately, my friends family decided to have a birthday get together for my her 30th birthday at this restaurant. There were several issues with this place, including poor management. Location is nice even though parking is terrible. Of course parking anywhere in 5 points is terrible; but you will have to park a block or two away. We had reservations at 7pm that were set from a few weeks ago. When my friend’s mother got there, another group that had just walked in took the seating area that we requested because they gave the waiter a bribe. This is horrendous and I hope the owners hear about it. So needless to say, we had to wait for an hour until we could get seated. We all stood around on the roof top waiting for the plethora of drunks to leave before the waiters took our drink or appetizer orders. The food was not that good. It is way over priced for the quality. Honestly, we only ate a few bites and then went to another restaurant afterwards. It was very dark outside, we were hoping for a little mood lighting or something so that we could see each other. Well, remember how we said that our requested area was given to another group that paid the waiter... well that area was blocked off, and ours was supposed to be blocked off as well. No, the waiters just let anyone though, including some really drunk girls who were dancing on and around the heating post. They were very disruptive to our group and the wait staff did nothing to stop them. The girls were taking shots and yelling and ruined my friends surprise birthday cake when they started a fight with the guests. The wait staff finally asked them to go and as they were leaving, they yelled a racist comment to some of the people in the group! It was terrible! The manager didn\'t do anything even though they heard her say it. I cannot support an establishment that tolerates racial insults to be yelled at their patrons. The manager let them stay even though the waitress told us he asked them to leave. They were there for an hour after the event drinking and joking with their friends. That doesn\'t sound like management kicked them out. Overall, I was very disgusted with the lack of professionalism of the staff, the poor quality of the food and the garage bar atmosphere of this so called up-scale restaurant. Do yourself a favor and find another location. I will never go back, my friends will never go back and I can assure you that I will tell as many people as possible of this embarrassing experience! less

Goldberg\'s Deli and Bagel Co

But I did thoroughly enjoy the salad options with real thick cut bacon on my flavorful burger. They also have flavored water options with no sugar or carbs. It was quite a treat and I thoroughly enjoyed but not everyone is a thrilled with them as I am. If the restaurant isn’t exactly what you had in mind, then I would advise getting the food to go because I couldn’t find anything wrong with the quality of their food. less

Dragon Pearl Chinese Restaurant

When I told t ... more Prior to my visit I had not eaten at Dragon Pearl in quite some time. I decided to visit with my son and found the food to be very poor as compared to prior visits. I ordered the orange chicken and it did not even have an orange flavor. When I told the male oriental manager/owner, he told me \"that is the way we always make it\" and did not offer to add flavor. Not only was the food poor, but I attempted to use an Entertainment Publications coupon and even though the coupon was and is still valid, he told me I can\'t use it as they no longer accept Entertainment coupons. I called Entertainment and they told me Dragon Pearl is contractually obligated to accept the coupon. I didn\'t bother going back for a refund of one meal. Instead, I will never go back to Dragon Pearl and will advise my friends and neighbors to never eat at this restaurant. Because the manager/owner did not honor a $10 coupon, Dragon Pearl will now lose thousands of $ in business. A very, very poor business decision in my estimation. P.S. The restroom was filthy dirty. Stay away from this place!! less

And for the Second time no ribs. The first time we waited about 45 minutes before someone came back to our table to let us know. We ordered something else, but that was not what we like Sonny’s for. This time we sat down and ordered and they told us they did not have any of their signature item. We got there at 6 pm. We walked out and have vowed not to return to this location. This shows poor kitchen Management…and if they aren’t able to keep up with food orders…the question is what else are they failing to do...clean the kitchen? My recommendation is to call first…better yet don’t waste your time with this place. less
